GREG FONTANA | ARCHITECT, AIA

Greg Fontana’s architectural biography includes themed entertainment design and multi-family housing with an emphasis on improving disadvantaged areas.

Greg’s themed entertainment accomplishments are large-scale, confidential theme park projects for top tier entertainment companies such as Universal Studios, Paramount, and the Walt Disney Company. These projects include highly thematic, groundbreaking entertainment experiences and technologies requiring sophisticated co-ordination between technology and ride systems vendors, show set designers, engineers, operators, and others.

Greg’s award-winning low income and senior multifamily housing credits include the Belmont Station Apartments, the NoHo Senior Arts Colony, the 1011 Adams Apartment Community, and the Vermont Avenue Apartments.

Greg is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and the Themed Entertainment Association. Greg is a principal at Cotton Fontana Architects.
